Finance Integration Manager
Remote/ Hybrid (London) - Role will require monthly travel

The Finance Integration Manager will play a vital role in embedding newly acquired businesses into our Group’s financial reporting and control environment. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role combines financial expertise, systems capability, and strong interpersonal skills. It is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working with data, and embraces innovation—particularly through automation and AI.
The location of the role can be based anywhere in the UK, with the option of working from a London office. Regular travel to London, as well as to operating subsidiaries and newly acquired businesses (across the UK and internationally), will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial integration of newly acquired companies into the Group’s reporting processes, systems, and controls.
- Ensure accurate and timely onboarding of financial data into Group reporting system
- Work with local finance teams to align accounting policies, month-end procedures, and financial governance with Group standards.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate integration using AI and modern finance tools.
- Provide hands-on support to operating companies with limited finance functions to maintain timely and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with the Group Finance team on monthly consolidation, forecasting, and year-end audit preparation.
- Build strong relationships across local and central finance teams, operational management, and external stakeholders.
- Analyse and interpret financial and operational data to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
- Travel regularly to support onsite integration and team alignment, including frequent visits to the London office and international subsidiaries.
Key Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and post-acquisition integration.
- A systems-savvy mindset; prior knowledge of IBM Cognos is helpful but not essential.
- Comfortable working with and analysing data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Genuine interest in automation and AI, with a willingness to explore and adopt new technologies in finance operations.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently, often at short notice, across the UK and internationally.
