A progressive educational institution in Poole is seeking a Finance & HR Manager to oversee budgeting and financial management. This role involves supporting the Headteacher and working closely with the Admin team. Ideal candidates will have strong accounting qualifications and experience in education finance management. This permanent position offers flexible hours and a supportive work environment.
Finance & HR Manager required for an immediate start. Permanent Position. Term Time 39 weeks plus 15 additional days. 30 hours per week, £27,241 - £29,127 (Actual Salary).
Working Hours: Our normal office opening hours are 08:30am-16:30pm Mon-Thurs, 08:30am-16:00pm Friday. Flexibility of working pattern to suit the right candidate.
