Finance & HR Manager
Swansea
Up to £42,000

CV Screen is recruiting for a Finance and HR Manager for a fantastic business based in Swansea. The role is office based in Swansea and a salary of up to £42,000 is available.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Manage daily financial operations and records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs).
• Handle all Sage 50 functions (ledgers, reconciliation, A/P & A/R).
• Create custom Sage reports and export data for Excel analysis.
• Use Excel for data modelling, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
• Submit VAT returns.
• Assist with Corporation Tax filings.
• Manage online banking and BACS payments.
• General HR Duties

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Hands-on finance experience in an SME environment.
• Proficient in Sage 50 (or Sage 100 with ability to adapt).
• Strong Excel skills.
