A leading UK bank is offering a Finance Graduate Scheme for aspiring finance professionals. Over three years, participants will rotate through four placements, gaining insights into various financial functions. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills and offers professional development with support for qualifications. Applications open on September 24, 2025.

Over three years, you’ll rotate through four placements in Finance and beyond, getting a panoramic view of how the bank ticks (and how to keep it ticking smoothly).

You could be spending time in teams such as Audit & Assurance, Risk & Governance, Strategic Business Management, Management Accounting, Finance and Reporting and Taxation or Treasury.
Across the programme, you’ll get a 360 view of how finance powers the bank, work on projects with real strategic impact, and be part of tech-driven transformation that’s redefining what a modern finance function can do.

By The End, You’ll Have
We’ll pick up the tab for training and exam costs, and give you the time, support, and encouragement to succeed with dedicated study leave and mentors who’ve already passed the same exams.
Choose from various UK locations including Leeds, Bristol and Edinburgh. You’ll be based there throughout your programme. With our hybrid working policy, all colleagues are expected to spend a minimum of two days each week in the office.
