Job summary

Sky's graduate programme in Finance offers three placements over three years, exposing you to content, advertising, cost management, trading, telco and subscriptions while you study towards the CIMA qualification.

You'll grow through a supportive Early Careers team, mentors, buddies and managers, with paid study and exam leave, and you'll develop skills in budgeting, financial analysis and business partnering as you contribute to real decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll rotate through three placements over three years, building experience across different areas of Finance and the wider business.

Finance Rotations May Provide Exposure To Areas Including

• Content
• Advertising and media
• Cost management
• Trading
• Telco
• Subscriptions

This will help you understand different business models, commercial drivers and strategic challenges.

Alongside your rotations, you'll work towards your CIMA qualification, developing the technical knowledge, commercial judgement and business partnering skills you'll use throughout your career.

You'll Learn How To

• Turn data, forecasts and budgets into meaningful insight
• Look forward and support future planning as well as understand historical performance
• Communicate financial information confidently
• Influence stakeholders effectively
