The Customer Finance Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of the business while helping to deliver great outcomes for customers.

Over two years, you'll complete rotations across Credit Risk, Billing, Operational Compliance and Fraud, building skills in:

What you'll be doing

Throughout the programme, you'll gain experience across several key Customer Finance functions.

Credit Risk

Learn how Sky manages customer accounts, reduces fraud, supports customers experiencing financial difficulties and works with external partners to deliver positive customer outcomes.

You Will:

• Support management information reporting and performance pack preparation.
• Develop an understanding of credit risk reporting and key performance metrics.
• Learn about customer account and debt management journeys.
• Support change initiatives and monitor delivery progress.
• Analyse data to identify trends and insights.
• Gain exposure to third‑party supplier and partner management.

Billing

Develop an end‑to‑end understanding of the billing and payments landscape, ensuring customers are billed accurately and fairly.

You Will:

• Learn how billing and payment journeys operate.
• Support reporting and management information activities.
• Contribute to assurance processes and controls.
• Gain exposure to AI‑enabled validation and assurance tools.
• Support the delivery of business change initiatives.
• Analyse data to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Operational Compliance

Gain experience in regulatory compliance and customer protection activities.

You Will:

• Develop an understanding of Sky's products, services and customer systems.
• Assist with compliance monitoring activities.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements.
• Help respond to regulatory data requests.

Fraud

Help protect customers and the business from fraud‑related risks.

You Will:

• Support customer fraud awareness campaigns.
• Work alongside fraud technology teams to understand fraud systems and strategy development.
• Analyse data to support fraud prevention and detection activities.
