targetjobs UK is offering a Finance Graduate role in Doncaster, part of a central finance team where you will rotate across functions to develop broad finance experience and support month-end processes to progress toward full management accounts.

You will gain exposure to multiple areas of finance, with full ACCA/CIMA study support and mentorship aimed at helping you grow and advance your career within the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree (or predicted) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good working knowledge of Excel / MS Office.
• Commercial awareness and interest in business.
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to work with non-finance colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across different finance functions to build a broad understanding.
• Support month-end processes and develop toward full management accounts preparation.
• Maintain and manage the fixed assets register.
• Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with year-end audits.
• Produce and analyse KPI reports.
• Turn financial data into meaningful insights for management.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to support operations and growth.
