AWE is offering a two-year Evolve Graduate Programme in Finance with a starting salary of £31,000. The role is based onsite at Green Park, Reading, Berkshire, with some site travel, starting September 2027.

Applicants should have at least a 2:2 in a Finance-related degree and be a British National eligible for security clearance. You will gain real responsibility from day one, working on financial planning, analysis and management accounting.

• Minimum 2:2 in a Finance-related degree such as Business and Finance, Finance, Mathematics or Economics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial planning and analysis to support decision making.
• Develop management accounting capability and partner with Finance teams.
• Learn and contribute to finance business partnering and other Finance service areas.
• Support stakeholders with clear financial insight and analysis.
