Job summary

AWE’s Evolve Graduate Programme offers a two-year pathway in Estates Strategy and Planning, starting in September 2027, with a £31,000 annual salary. You will build analytical, technical, commercial and stakeholder-engagement skills while learning how strategic planning, asset management and investment come together in a regulated environment.

Available to join in September 2027.
British National and able to obtain security clearance.
Willing to work onsite and complete pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

Support long-term estate strategies and plans to keep infrastructure safe and fit for purpose.
Contribute to asset-management plans, requirements capture and future capability planning.
Assist in investment proposals, options appraisal and business-case development.
Analyse estate, asset and energy data to support evidence-based decisions.
Contribute to energy, carbon reduction, and environmental strategies.
Work with project teams and specialists to align plans with business needs.
