Finance Graduate - key duties

• Manage Sales Day book, Debtors
• Sales ledger & Purchase ledger responsibilities
• Daily / Weekly /Monthlyreporting
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Inputting Journals
• Supporting the Financial Controller and team
• Assisting month-ends and VAT returns
• Maintaining spreadsheets

Finance Graduate - person specification

• Finance & Accounts Graduate
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages – particularly Excel
• Knowledge or experience of Sage -0 but can be trained
• Attention to detail coupled with excellent organisation skills
• Confident communicator
• Ability to identify problems and find solutions
