About The Programme

Our Finance Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of finance leaders. Over the course of the programme, youll gain hands-on experience across our finance functions including Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, financial management, and risk management.

Youll work on real projects, complete your CIMA qualification, and receive tailored training and mentorship to build a strong foundation for your career. Youll also rotate across our business units Mller Milk & Ingredients (MMI) and Mller Services Limited (MSL) giving you a broad understanding of our operations and strategic priorities.

What Will You Need?

To be part of Mllers Finance Graduate Programme, you will need:

• A STEM or business-related degree: at 2:1 or above, completed within the last three years
• Travel: Flexibility to travel to other Mller sites for the purpose of project work or learning activities with expenses covered
• UK Drivers License: Must hold a full UK driving license for at least one year
• UK Residency: Eligibility to work in the UK and not be in any full-time education. (Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship as the salary falls below the required threshold.)
