Liberty Global Plc is seeking graduates for its three-year Finance Graduate scheme in London. You will rotate across Capital Allocation, Audit, Treasury, Tax, and more while studying for CIMA and building core finance skills.

You will gain exposure to UK and European ventures and may relocate internationally during the program; the first rotation will be in a London location.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our scheme consists of three 12-month rotations across a range of departments including:

• Capital Allocation & Business Control
• Audit, Risk & Compliance
• Procurement
• Treasury
• Tax
• Finance Operations
• Investor Relations
• M&A

During the 3 years on the scheme you will develop a core understanding of the structure, processes, and systems of Finance. As part of your onboarding we will focus on setting you up for success in Liberty Global Finance as you undergo various trainings, including Excel, Financial Modelling and Internal Reporting.

Over the three 12-month rotations you will gain experience in some of our Generalist areas, such as Capital Allocation and Business Control, Audit Risk & Compliance and Procurement, as well as experiencing more specialist areas like Treasury, Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions. You will have the opportunity to move into these roles within our UK and European operating companies and ventures.

Your first 12-month rotation will be in one of our London locations - we will confirm rotations prior to your start date.

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

We will also fully fund and support you to achieve your CIMA qualification, with generous study leave and pay progression that are both above industry standards. It is mandatory that you complete the qualification within the 3-years of being on the scheme - we will support in providing a schedule to allow you to do this. Alongside this, you will follow a solid learning and development curriculum to help you build valuable business & soft skills. Courses will include presentation training, effective business writing, partner management & many more.
