Job Description

• Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payment of debts
• Regularly updating and maintaining accurate financial records
• Communicating with customers in German and English, resolving any queries or issues
• Monitoring changes in the credit risk of customers
• Assisting in the preparation of management reports
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of credit control processes
• Working closely with the wider Accounting & Finance team
• Complying with all regulatory requirements and company policies

The Successful Applicant

A successful German Speaking Credit Controller should have:

• Fluency in German and English
• A strong understanding of credit control processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in using financial software
• A degree in finance, accounting or a related field
