Bupa is offering a 12-month Finance & Governance Undergraduate Placement Scheme in London and Salford Quays. This full-time, hybrid role (35 hours/week) provides exposure across finance functions through a 1-year rotation and a start date in September 2027.

You will gain practical experience in Financial Control, Regulatory Reporting, FP&A, and more, with the possibility of fast-tracking to a graduate scheme after a successful placement. A strong academic record and UCAS points are required.

Gain a deep and valuable insight into the financial world after your second year at university and give a bright start to your future career with our 12-month undergraduate industrial placement. That’s why over the course of the placement, you’ll complete a rotation across the breadth of our finance functions, which may include:

• Financial Control and Reporting
• Regulatory Reporting
• Financial Planning and Analysis
• Commercial Finance
• Internal Audit
• Risk
• Tax

No two days are the same during the 12-month placement. You’ll face a well-balanced mix of challenges, mutual support and accelerated skills development through our development programme. You’ll also shadow senior colleagues to gain valuable insight and enhance your network. At the end of a successful placement, there is the potential to be fast-tracked for a place on our graduate scheme.

What we’re looking for

Qualifications and Training
