Job summary

Christie Finance is seeking a proactive sales-oriented professional to generate new qualified business opportunities in commercial finance. You will work with existing and new clients, train and develop to progress to a Finance Consultant role, while adhering to FCA guidelines.

You will conduct research, make high-volume outbound calls, build a strong pipeline, and maintain relationships across the Christie & Co network to maximise referrals and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Telephone or face to face sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Self-motivation, drive and energy.
• Ability to develop strong reciprocal working relationships.
• Industry awareness (TCF, AML, FCA regulations).

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect research and prepare for calls using CRM and external sources.
• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to generate new qualified opportunities.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline with targeted daily outreach.
• Apply effective sales techniques to gain interest and identify buying signals.
• Maintain CRM updates and schedule follow-ups with clients and colleagues.
• Communicate with finance consultants to target specific clients after initial qualification.
