Overview

Finance / Fleet Administrator – Southampton

£14.45 - £18.45 per hour (Inside IR35 / Umbrella Company) • 6 Month Contract (+ Extension or T2P) • Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Are you a Finance / Fleet Administrator looking for your next immediately available, days-based, long-term contract role? This role supports a company that specialises in servicing, repair and maintenance work of ambulances and blue light vehicles, based in Southampton.

The organisation works to ensure that all emergency vehicles in the Hampshire and surrounding counties are operating at the highest level.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Fleet Operating Lease Manager by analysing and reporting fleet operating lease information collated from the fleet management system and workshops.
  • Ensure the incorporation of new lease vehicles and manage end-of-lease vehicle returns.
The Role

Finance / Fleet Administrator – Monday to Friday, days-based role, 37.5 hours per week. Immediate start on a long-term contract that could lead to permanent employment for the right candidate.

The Person
  • Finance / Fleet Administrator with prior experience in lease/hire agreements of vehicles.
  • Immediately available and able to start on a days-based role in Southampton.
  • Happy to be paid through a 3rd party Umbrella / Payroll company.
