This hands-on role offers exposure to international mandates and the development of our finance practice. You'll learn quickly, take ownership, stay organized as priorities shift, and collaborate with a busy team to move assignments

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 0–2 years’ experience in executive search or recruitment.
• Strong telephone and written communication.
• Ability to gather, check and interpret information.
• Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfort with ambiguity and tight deadlines.
• Team player with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct desk and telephone research to identify senior finance leaders.
• Develop target lists and candidate profiles.
• Track appointments and market developments.
• Support candidate assessments and summaries.
• Prepare client materials and search updates.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates.
• Collaborate with consultants to move assignments forward.
