Qualifications

  • AAT qualified or work experience in finance.
  • Good knowledge of Excel functionalities (xlookups, pivot tables, sumifs).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Job description

Job Title: Finance Executive

Full Time 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, Hybrid (3/4 days in the office)

Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire

Salary: £24,500 to £26,000 dependent on experience

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Finance Executive to join our team.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Can…

  • Prepare cashbooks and reconciliations on behalf of clients
  • Assist with internal financial analysis and profitability processes
  • Assist with generating and sending of client invoices
  • Responsible for coding of AP invoices
  • Responsible for ensuring billing information is collected in a timely manner across the business for month end client invoicing
  • To liaise with clients Finance Departments either verbally or by way of writing, and attend meetings, as required
  • Work with the wider finance team on ad hoc projects
  • To liaise with outside agencies

Essential

  • An eye for detail
  • Good knowledge of Excel – xlookups, pivot tables, sumifs
  • Must be highly organised and have effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in an organised and methodical manner
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information, written or spoken, with regards to all financial matters
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as an individual and have a “ can do “ attitude
  • AAT qualified or qualified by experience
