Job description

Finance Executive Duties Will Include:

• Process invoices in a timely manner
• Process weekly and monthly payments
• Credit Control
• Coordinate with department managers
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Payroll Administration
• Create and import monthly accruals
• Administration of the purchase ordering system
• Deal with supplier and customer queries
• Report to the Finance Director
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance Director

Requirements for the Role:

• AAT Level 3 qualification minimum
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Xero software experience (preferable)
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable in a previous role
