Our client, a leading global financial services client, are recruiting for a Programme Director to join the team on a contract basis.

Hybrid working and some European travel required

Role and experience:

Support the overarching programme objectives of the Workday Financials implementation programme, with a European focus
Ideally experience working on a Workday Financials Implementation project on a global scale
ERP Finance Experience required such as Oracle Fusion Finance, SAP FICO etc
Work with local business and operational stakeholders to define and deliver the solution meeting business and operational priorities
Proven ability to manage third-party systems integrators, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Expertise in program governance, risk management, financial controls, and reporting
Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills
Demonstrated experience managing multi-country rollouts, with an understanding of localization, statutory, tax, and compliance requirements across different regions.
Ensure the strong delivery of the Workday Financials Programme on a global scale
Exposure to additional Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Adaptive Planning) is a plus.
Exposure to an ERP implementation within a SOX control environment is a plus.
