PER has partnered with a specialist private equity investor seeking to appoint a Fund Finance Director. The role involves oversight of the fund finance practice, supporting senior management, and managing finance responsibilities throughout the deal lifecycle and fundraising processes. The position offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing private equity firm, working closely with various operational functions to drive leadership, process, and system improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing fund finance and investor reporting across all funds
• Leading and developing the fund finance team to ensure best practices
• Managing reporting, forecasting, and analysis for different fund structures
• Supporting transaction processes and partnering with senior management for efficient deal cycles
• Driving process and system enhancements across operations and investment functions
• Participating in fundraising due diligence and overseeing finance marketing analysis
• Collaborating with senior management to improve finance and investment operations
• Building strong relationships with investment teams, senior management, and investor relations
• Managing relationships with external administrators and evolving the fund finance operating model
• Supporting onboarding of external stakeholders such as auditors and fund administrators
• Contributing to broader investment operations and initiatives

Candidate profile:

• Qualified Accountant, with private markets experience preferred
• Expertise in accounting and financial modelling
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of international accounting standards
