• Hands-on experience creating policies, SOPs, and scalable finance processes.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to balance rigor with pragmatism.

Responsibilities

• Build and professionalise the finance function across the group.
• Lead and develop a 20-person offshore finance team.
• Own financial reporting, management accounts, and cashflow forecasting.
• Address and resolve challenges with legacy clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare financial data into investment-grade due diligence packs.
