Finance Director | SaaS scaleup

Hybrid working (West London office 2-3 days p/w, WFH the remainder)

Talentedge Exec is partnering with a hyper-growth SaaS scaleup on a newly created Finance Director role, working closely with an experienced CFOO who has been a repeat hire for the company.

As Finance Director, you will oversee the daily finance operations, allowing the CFOO to focus more on Operations & GTM. You will also play a key role in preparing the company for an exit, which is currently in progress.

Key responsibilities include:

• Evolving the finance infrastructure to ensure scalability
• Leading FP&A, commercial finance, and KPI tracking
• Managing pricing strategies and adjustments
• Partnering across business functions
• Developing business cases for new services and geographic expansion
• Handling daily finance operations, including monthly Board reports, statutory reporting, tax, and transactional finance (AP/AR)
• Utilizing Xero and its ecosystem to automate transactional finance processes
• Mentoring and developing an overseas finance team

• ACA qualified with a strong academic background
• Experience in high-growth tech scaleups, preferably later-stage VC or PE backed
• Effective communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally
