We’re working exclusively with a well-established Real Estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, making growth a top priority!

This role has been created as a direct result of this expansion and offers an exciting opportunity to join a business poised for substantial growth over the next 24 months and beyond.

You’ll need experience in property / real estate investment funds, as we require someone to establish several new fund structures from a financial and operational perspective.

• Partner with the MD and CEO to establish several new institutional funds
• Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint appropriate third-party providers
• Implement a best-in-practice finance function, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Leverage technology to enhance commercial and performance reporting capabilities
• Lead and develop an existing team, with plans to increase team size
• Manage all external banking relationships and spearhead funding requirements as the business grows
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• As the business scales, lead strategic growth initiatives such as outsourcing, operational structuring, and building a team suited for growth

Essential Experience Needed:
