We’re working exclusively with a well-established Real Estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, making growth a top priority!

This role has been created as a direct result of this growth and offers an exciting opportunity to join a business poised for substantial expansion over the next 24 months and beyond.

You’ll need experience in property / real estate investment funds, as we require someone to establish several new fund structures from a financial and operational perspective.

1. Partner with the MD and CEO to establish several new institutional funds
2. Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint appropriate third parties
3. Implement a best-in-practice finance function, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
4. Leverage technology to enhance commercial and performance reporting capabilities
5. Lead and develop an existing team, increasing team size as needed
6. Manage all external banking relationships and oversee funding requirements as the business grows
7. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
8. As the business scales, lead strategic growth initiatives such as outsourcing, operational structuring, and developing a team suited for growth

Essential Experience Needed:

1. Demonstrable experience as a Finance Director
2. Fully qualified accountant with proven experience in real estate fund management
3. Ideally experience in institutional credit
4. A passion for leading and developing a team
5. Experience in setting up new fund structures
6. Strong operational and strategic finance experience – this is not a reporting role
7. Enthusiasm and passion for building an exceptional business
8. Confidence without arrogance
