Job Description:

We’re working exclusively with this well-established Real Estate investor who has recently received significant funding, leading to substantial growth opportunities.

This role has been created to support this growth and offers an exciting chance to join a rapidly expanding business over the next 24 months and beyond.

We require someone with experience in property / real estate investment funds to establish several new fund structures from both financial and operational perspectives.

• Partner with the MD and CEO to establish new institutional funds
• Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint appropriate third-party providers
• Implement best practices in finance functions, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Utilize technology to improve commercial and performance reporting capabilities
• Lead and develop an existing team, increasing its size
• Manage external banking relationships and funding requirements as the business grows
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• Drive strategic growth initiatives, including outsourcing, operational structuring, and team development

Essential Experience Needed:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director
