A fast-growing, operationally complex business in the services sector is seeking a Finance Director with a strong commercial focusto support the CEO and investors in delivering ambitious growth and value-creation plans. This is a key leadership role for a commercially sharp, delivery-focused finance leader ready to take the next step toward CFO.

The Opportunity

• Lead financial strategy, performance management, and reporting
• Drive commercial decision-making across pricing, contracts, margin, and project profitability
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and working capital management
• Enhance systems, MI, and controls to support scale and efficiency
• Support value creation planning and exit readiness
• Oversee HR, ensuring compliance and cultural alignment

Candidate Profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong post-qualified experience
• Proven financial leadership at board or senior level in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Commercially astute, with experience in pricing, forecasting, and contract support
• Track record in transformation, performance culture, and business partnering
• Experience in private equity or investment-backed environments highly desirable
• HR leadership experience a plus
