Une marque de D2C en forte croissance cherche un directeur financier pour prendre en charge toutes les opérations financières. Ce rôle stratégique implique de diriger une équipe performante, d'optimiser les processus financiers et de soutenir les décisions au niveau du conseil. Idéalement, le candidat doit avoir une qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA et une expérience solide dans le secteur du retail.

Qualifications

• Expérience post-qualification dans un environnement de consommation rapide ou de vente au détail.
• Expérience prouvée dans la direction d'une équipe financière pendant une phase de forte croissance.
• Expérience dans le secteur D2C, eCommerce ou retail fortement souhaitée.

Responsibilities

• Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance pour le fondateur et l'équipe dirigeante sur toutes les questions financières.
• Diriger la fonction finance, en assurant des rapports précis et en conformité.
• Gérer le budget, les prévisions et la gestion des flux de trésorerie.

Finance Director | High-Growth D2C Retailer

Location: London | Hybrid

We’re exclusively partnered with a disruptive, design-led D2C retail brand that’s rapidly scaling in the UK and beyond. With a loyal customer base, high repeat revenue, and backing from top-tier investors, they’ve built a powerful platform primed for the next phase of growth.

As Finance Director, you’ll report directly into the Founder and take full ownership of the finance function; strategically and operationally. You’ll be joining at a pivotal point in their journey, helping to shape decision-making at board level while leading and developing an exceptional finance team across all levels.

What you’ll be doing:

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Founder and leadership team on all financial and commercial matters
• Lead the finance function, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, compliance, and controls
• Own company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Drive margin improvement and cost efficiency across the P&L
• Prepare board packs, investor reports, and support ongoing fundraising activity
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including management accounts and financial reporting
• Build and develop a high-performing team, creating structure as the business scales
• Implement systems, processes, and controls to support rapid and sustainable growth

What we’re looking for:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, with post-qualification experience in a fast-paced consumer or retail environment
• Proven experience leading a finance team through high-growth
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
• Hands-on and strategic, equally comfortable in the detail and at board level
• D2C, eCommerce or retail sector experience strongly preferred
