Job summary

Stanton House is engaged to appoint a Finance Director for a fast-growing Gloucestershire manufacturing business. The role reports to the MD, leading the finance function and partnering with group leadership to drive growth and financial discipline.

You will guide forecasting, budgeting and capital planning, shaping governance and controls while developing a high-performing finance team through ongoing transformation within a listed group context.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Finance Director in a similarly sized business.
• Strong governance, risk and controls experience in a group environment.
• Robust financial planning, forecasting and cash management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial management across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and working capital.
• Drive commercial performance and decision support.
• Partner with senior leadership to support growth and strategic initiatives.
• Develop forecasting, budgeting and planning processes.
