Job summary

Transform Housing & Support in Leatherhead seeks a fully qualified accountant to lead its finance function. You will shape the organisation’s financial strategy, oversee treasury, governance and risk, and drive a major systems transformation to reduce manual processes and improve decision-making.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will build a high‑performing team, translate complex financial data for the Board, and act as a proactive partner in delivering Transform’s mission to help people

Qualifications

• Experience leading financial strategy, planning and budgeting.
• Ability to manage risk, treasury and governance in a complex organisation.
• Excellent communication of financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
