Our client, an ambitious and evolving organisation, is seeking an Interim Finance Director to provide strategic oversight and hands-on leadership during a time of transformation. This role is perfect for a commercially focused finance leader who can quickly embed themselves at board level, guide the finance function, and deliver immediate value.

Responsibilities: As a Finance Director, you will…

  • Lead the finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and commercial insight
  • Drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
  • Act as a key advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on all financial matters
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders including banks, auditors, and investors
  • Support the board with scenario planning, performance analysis, and strategic investment decisions
  • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and risk management activities

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with financial modelling, strategic planning, and change management
  • Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
