• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and stability.

Profile

A successful Finance Director should have:

• A strong background in accounting and finance and must come from an engineering background
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles within global organisations.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent business partnering skills and proven track record of partnering with cross function leads
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Offer

• Salary range: £135,000 - £140,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Bonus of up to 40%.
