Artemis Human Capital is working exclusively with an innovative and ambitious technology business to appoint a Finance Director. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the finance function in a company scaling rapidly, driving financial strategy and shaping the future of a high-growth organisation.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Head of Finance will be instrumental in building a robust financial framework to support the company’s expansion. You will lead the finance team, ensuring accurate and insightful financial reporting while delivering strategic value across the business.

This is a newly created role and a superb opportunity to influence key business initiatives, contribute to a dynamic growth strategy, and play a pivotal role in an ambitious company’s success.

The Role:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive profitability and sustainable growth
• Oversee financial planning, including long-term forecasts and annual budgets
• Lead cost control initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability
• Oversee the preparation of management accounts and financial reporting
• Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support senior management decisions
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business success
• Act as a strategic business partner across multiple departments
• Work closely with the Managing Director on strategy, business planning, new revenue streams, and investment opportunities
• Lead, develop, and grow the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

The Person:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant
• Proven experience in a senior financial management role
• Background in a global, multi-entity business is highly desirable
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
• A collaborative team player who can build strong relationships at all levels of the business
