They have a complex business structure with multiple revenue streams, some of which involve intricate accounting rules and procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability and experience to thrive in such an environment.

The current team is competent, but their structure needs refinement. An experienced leader who can assemble the right team and position people effectively will be crucial. The business is driven by enthusiasm and energy across all departments, and as FD, your role will be vital in supporting growth, allocating resources wisely, and managing internal relationships effectively.

A solutions-oriented individual capable of managing diverse stakeholders is essential. They value an entrepreneurial spirit—someone who knows when to challenge boundaries without compromising ethics.

The Role:
  1. Work closely with the leadership team and Board of Directors to provide guidance, support, and insights for the group's financial decision-making.
  2. Develop financial strategies to support organizational growth, including M&A activities, investments, compliance, and tax planning.
  3. Manage strong financial controls and reporting processes.
  4. Oversee investor relations.
  5. Lead the delivery of group and subsidiary management accounting and analytical insights.
  6. Drive financial transformation projects across the business.
