Resourcery Group in Liverpool is recruiting a Director of Finance and Governance to lead financial strategy, governance, risk and organisational assurance. You will work with the CEO and Leadership Team to shape sustainability and growth.
You must be a fully qualified accountant with senior finance experience and governance exposure, ideally with charity sector knowledge, SORP, grant funding and capital project experience. Excellent communicator and relationship builder essential.
Salary: £70k - 75k per year + Hybrid working

Working closely with the CEO and part of the Leadership Team, you will provide strategic leadership across Finance, Governance, Risk, Compliance, Systems and organisational assurance, helping to shape the organisation’s long-term sustainability and continued growth.
You will be a fully Qualified Accountant with significant Senior Finance experience and demonstrable governance exposure. You will have the credibility to influence at Board/Trustee and Executive level, alongside a strong commercial mindset and the ability to turn financial insight into meaningful organisational decisions.
Experience within the charitable/ Not For Profit sector and experience in SORP, Grant funding, and capital projects would be highly advantageous.Most importantly, you will be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, able to work collaboratively, challenge professionally and constructively and develop trusted relationships with the CEO and the wider Leadership Team.

Salary: £70,000–£75,000 (plus car allowance)
