Job summary

Goodman Masson is recruiting a Finance Director for a London-based professional services group. The role is hybrid and sits on the board, leading a large finance function with responsibility for strategic partnering across the business, financial reporting, control and compliance, and robust analytics.

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, able to be hands-on with audit and to partner strategically with senior stakeholders, including banks and PE firms.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified finance leader preferred (board level).
• Experience leading a large finance function in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function at board level.
• Partner across the business to drive strategic financial insights.
• Oversee financial reporting, financial control, audit and compliance.
• Provide analytical support and strategic input to executives.
• Hands-on with audit and strong partnership with banks and PE firms.

A global and successful professional services business is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate to lead its finance function.

This is a board level role, leading a large finance function.

The role encompasses strategic partnering across the business, financial reporting, financial control, audit and compliance and analysis.

The successful candidate will be happy to be hands on and run the audit but also be able to partner strategically.

Previous board level experience in a no.1 finance role is highly desirable.

Any experience working with banks and PE firms would be advantageous.
