Job summary

Reed is confidentially searching for a senior finance leader to join a major public sector organisation in London. The role shapes financial strategy, drives organisational performance and leads finance teams at senior director level.

You will provide strategic financial advice to executive leadership, oversee planning, budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to governance, risk management and change programmes across a complex public sector environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountants (CCAB/CIMA or equivalent) with senior leadership experience.
• Proven ability to shape financial strategy and influence executive decision-making.
• Experience in central government, local government or NHS/public sector bodies is preferred.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance professional operating at Director, Deputy Director, Assistant Director or Head of Finance level who can demonstrate strategic financial leadership within complex, high-profile environments.
