How you’ll power our business as a Finance Development Manager

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will support various workstreams and lead projects from a finance perspective to facilitate the company's growth, including integrating new capabilities from recent acquisitions. Your goal will be to enhance financial management, profitability, and return on capital employed.

You will collaborate closely with finance department leaders and teams to identify risks, challenges, and opportunities, proactively driving improvements. We seek a hands-on individual with a proven track record in continuous improvement and delivering positive change.

What we’ll need from you

• Qualified accountant with at least 7 years PQE and relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage at all levels and inspire confidence
• Ability to develop relationships with prospects and stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
• Ability to work autonomously, manage tight deadlines, and prioritize effectively
• High integrity, energy, commitment, and flexibility
