Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a senior FP&A data governance lead to provide governance and data quality oversight for CDL-F. You will collaborate with Operations, R&D and Commercial and engage with senior leadership to drive reliable forecasting and analytical outcomes.

You will define the system vision for the Commercial Data Lake for Finance, manage governance processes, and lead cross-functional teams to build forecasting capabilities, dashboards, and automated analytics that improve decision making.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to partner across functions and levels.
• Highly motivated self-starter who can translate broad directions into analytical output.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools to centralize FP&A and forecasting data into CDL-F.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in developing forecasting capabilities and analytics.
• Lead development of assessments and proof‑of‑concept tools for business units and FP&A.
