Job summary

British Airways PLC, the nation's flag carrier, seeks a Head of Finance Data & Analytics to transform Finance through data-driven decision-making and AI capabilities. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and partner with Finance and Technology across the IAG Group to drive profitability and performance.

You'll shape enterprise data transformation, deliver measurable outcomes, and build capabilities that underpin strategic finance decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• Senior finance, data, analytics or technology leadership in a large org.
• Strong finance experience: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, transformation.
• Proven data/AI product leadership in agile/SAFe environments.
• Fluent English; stakeholder partnering across countries/cultures desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of data, analytics and AI products for Finance transformation.
• Partner with Finance leaders to improve planning, forecasting, reporting and performance.
• Develop solutions that combine financial and operational data to improve profitability analysis.
• Lead development and delivery of analytics and AI solutions to improve planning and performance.
• Collaborate with data teams across British Airways and IAG Group to prioritise opportunities.
• Turn ideas into practical solutions delivering measurable value.
• Build relationships with Finance, Tech and Transformation to align priorities and delivery.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing data and analytics team.
