Our Finance team has a key position in our evolving business. The team is pivotal to our financial and regulatory reporting and crucial to providing insight on our business performance. High quality and comprehensive data is a key part of these processes.

The team is involved in data processing, stakeholder discussions, and analysis that underpin their work. The role requires technical knowledge of data requirements for Finance processes and providing support to the Finance team.

What you’ll spend your time doing:

• Ensure data feeding into finance processes is robust
• Identify issues with data used in finance processes
• Communicate data remediation needs to IT developers
• Document business requirements for system changes
• Carry out user acceptance testing for data system changes
• Support the finance team during system updates
• Work with finance, data, and operations teams to implement data controls and reporting
• Develop testing capabilities with relevant teams
• Define output requirements with other business areas
• Document data processing and system specifications
