Job description

Road Traffic Solutions Ltd has a vacancy in their Finance Department for a Finance Coordinator to assist the Finance Team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Data Entry: Accurately entering financial data into Sage 200 or spreadsheets.
  • Invoicing: Checking and processing purchase invoices.
  • Accounts Payable: Tracking amounts owed to suppliers.
  • Processing Payments: Preparing payment runs, staff expense claims, and managing company credit cards.
  • Filing and Record Keeping: Maintaining organized financial records and documentation.
  • Assisting with Month-End: Preparing reports and reconciling accounts at month-end.

Additional Tasks:

  • Responding to finance queries regarding invoices, payments, or accounts.
  • Assisting in preparing basic financial reports, summaries, or spreadsheets for management.

Skills required:

  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Confidence and willingness to go above and beyond.

The successful candidate will be subject to a 3-month probationary period.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 (40 hours per week).
