Job summary

TP ICAP Group Services Ltd is seeking a Finance Controls & Governance Senior Manager to lead risk management, controls testing, governance reporting, and remediation across Finance. You will partner with Risk, Compliance, Technology and Internal Audit to drive improvements and promote a robust governance culture.

Strong leadership and change management experience are essential. The role emphasizes end-to-end finance process knowledge, risk taxonomy maintenance, and delivering timely governance

Qualifications

• Full and current professional qualification in accounting (ACCA/ACA/ICAS/CIMA) or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of financial risks, controls testing methodology and change management processes.
• Experience with COSO, COBIT, SOX or similar internal control frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders while working independently.
• Experience managing teams and delivering governance across finance risk functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk and control governance across the Finance function under ERMF.
• Oversee testing strategy for complex Finance processes and report results clearly.
• Coordinate risk events, root-cause analysis, and remediation tracking.
• Deliver governance packs and board-ready reporting with standard templates.
• Drive automation and AI opportunities in governance workflows.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit to promote risk culture.
