Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role.
• Strong track record of improving and managing month-end reporting cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 7 accountants.
• Oversee the month-end management accounting process.
• Present monthly financial results to senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes.
• Ensure audit readiness through robust internal controls.
