Job summary

Michael Page International Recruitment Limited in Bracknell is seeking a Finance Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting, financial reporting and budgeting for a manufacturing-focused business, currently transforming ERP from Sage200 to Inplicit.

You will manage payroll, coordinate with external auditors, ensure regulatory compliance and provide detailed financial analysis to support decision making. This temporary role offers an hourly rate of £350–£375 and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in accounting and finance roles, ideally within the property industry.
• Proficiency with financial software and reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and oversee financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Monitor budgets and forecast financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to support decision-making.
