Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks a commercially focused Controller, Domestic Sales - Transformers to provide strategic financial support to the Local Domestic Sales Manager, HUB Controller, and country stakeholders.

You will partner with Sales leadership to drive profitable growth, deliver timely financial insights, and ensure robust financial governance across budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.

Formación

• Degree in business administration/finance or equivalent
• Experience in a finance or controllership role in a global matrix multinational environment
• Strong partnering, project management, and influencing skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive financial leadership and business partnering to the Domestic Sales organisation, driving financial performance.
• Support customer and market-focused growth strategies with data-driven insights.
• Deliver timely financial updates to management highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy and transparency of financial data per corporate standards.
• Analyse performance and recommend actions to improve profitability and cash flow.
• Drive cost optimisation and productivity improvements across functions.
• Monitor working capital and cash conversion and support reporting obligations.
