Hitachi Energy UK Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a commercially focused and analytical Controller, Domestic Sales - Transformers to join our finance team. You will partner with the Local Domestic Sales Manager, HUB Controller, and regional stakeholders to drive profitability and support strategic business objectives.

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and transparency of financial data per standards and close requirements.

This is a key finance business partnering role, providing strategic financial support to the Local Domestic Sales Manager, HUB Controller, Country Organisation, and other key stakeholders You will play an integral role in driving profitable growth by providing insightful financial analysis, supporting decision-making, and ensuring business performance is effectively monitored and communicated. Working closely with both finance and commercial teams, you will influence business strategy through data-driven recommendations and financial expertise.

How you'll make an impact:

• Provide proactive financial leadership and business partnering support to the Domestic Sales organisation, driving financial performance and supporting the achievement of order intake, revenue, profitability, and strategic business objectives.


• Partner closely with Sales leadership to support customer and market-focused growth strategies, ensuring sustainable demand generation and profitable business expansion.


• Deliver timely financial insight and performance updates to local management, HUB Controllers, Shared Services, and key stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.


• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of financial data, reporting, and business information in accordance with corporate standards and financial close requirements.
