PwC Channel Islands is seeking a Manager, Financial Control in Guernsey to lead month-end close, statutory reporting and governance within the Financial Performance & Control team. You will collaborate with Finance Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely financial information that supports business decisions.

The role emphasises strong technical accounting, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across the finance function.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Fully qualified accountant with a recognised UK professional designation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with post qualification experience in financial control, reporting, management reporting or a related finance role.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the delivery of month end and year end close processes.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and supporting disclosures.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for external audit activity.
• Maintain ownership of balance sheet governance and reconciliations.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and firm policies.
• Support regulatory reporting obligations and governance.
