Job summary

Vital Services (BWC Management Services Ltd) seeks a Finance & Commercial Director to steer financial strategy, commercial performance and long-term sustainability across a diverse portfolio of estates, facilities, sustainability, medical engineering and capital projects in Birmingham.

The role is permanent, full-time (37 hours) based in Birmingham, offering £80,000–£90,000 per year plus benefits. You will shape governance at board level and drive value-for-money programmes with NHS partners.

Qualifications

• A professional accountancy qualification (CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW).
• Senior financial leadership experience in a contract-driven environment.
• Experience managing FM/estates contracts.
• Public-sector/NHS experience preferred.
• Demonstrates integrity, transparency and commercial discipline.
