Finance Co-ordinator - Part-time (2 days a week)

If you are an experienced Finance Co-ordinator looking for a part-time role with flexibility within a friendly team, this could be a great move for you.
We are working with a prestigious financial institution who are seeking someone to join them on a part-time basis, 2 days a week, for 2-3 months to assist with a backlog of work.

Their offices are based in the heart of the City close to Cannon Street and Monument stations.

We are keen to receive applications from candidates who have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.

What you will do:

Working as part of a small team your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Logging incoming invoices and requesting approvals for payment
  • Reconciliations and compiling reports
  • Checking actuals vs budgets
  • Project work

What you will need:

  • Experience in a similar Finance role
  • A self-motivated and organised approach to your work
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build working relationships
  • A willingness to "pitch in" and help out wherever is needed
